General performance of freezer

l After connecting power,the alarm sounds and the compressor and fan motor should be

ON,the display shows the product’s temperature setting.

l Pressing the setting key on the display board will set the temperature to cool the

Product temperature and if not touch the setting key for 20 seconds ,the product acts

On the set number.

l If the ambient temperature sensor is OK,when the ambient temperature is warmer than the ambient sensor,the compressor will start operating and the condition for shutdown

Is that the ambient temperature of the refrigerator must be equal to or colder than the setting temperature.

l If the ambient temperature sensor or evaporators sensor is damaged or disconnected,refrigerator should perform based on timer(20 minutes ON and 40 minutes OFF)

l When the door opens, the lighting system should be ON and nofrost fan motor should be OFF,after 60 seconds the alarm sounds should be ON till the door is closed or alarm key touched.Also after 10 minutes from opening the door,lamp should be OFF.

Performance of fan motor

l If the door is close and compressor is ON,fan motor set should be ON and if compressor is OFF fan motor also should be OFF.

l When the door opens fan motor should be OFF

l If the Super mode is active,fan motor set should be ON(In this situation the operation of the fan motor does not depends on the door.(Open or close))

Defrost mode performance

Automatic defrost

l In this mode heater should be ON for 15 minutes and during this time compressor and fan motor should be OFF.Dropping tube mode should be ON after 10 minutes and after that compressors and fan motors should be ON regarding to setting temperature.

l Defrost mode will be end if evaporators temp be +16 and after that dropping tube should be ON for 10 minutes. At the end of defrost mode fan motor and compressor should be ON.

l Automatic defrost mode will be ON if the actual activity time of compressor is 10 hours.(If the product door is open )or 16 hours (If the product door is close).

Manual defrost

l If the power of refrigerator disconnected and then connected refrigerator goes into defrost mode . And after defrost performance; refrigerator will performed according its setting temp.

l Defrost time is about 15-25minutes . Then dropping tube mode will be active for 10 minutes and at the end of defrost mode compressor and fan motor should be ON.

· SUPER MODE

l Fan motors and compressors performance time during this mode is 6 hours ,during this mode refrigerator will be active according to +1 setting.

l But fan motor should be ON for 6 hours (Continually). At the end of super mode refrigerator goes on defrost mode and after that it will be OFF for 10 minutes. At the end of this time it will performed according to setting temp.

l Refrigerator goes into defrost mode when during the SUPER mode it goes out of this mode (via automatic setting or manual). After that;system goes on dropping tube mode for 10 minutes. And at the end of defrost mode compressor and fan motor will be On according the setting temp

l Defrost mode will be OFF when during the defrost mode evaporators temp be +16 then goes to dropping tube mode for 10 minutes and after defrost mode fan motor and compressor should be ON.

l It’s impossible to goes on SUPER mode when refrigerator is in defrosting mode. In this situation after touching the super mode key; refrigerator goes on this mode and after ending heaters performance and dropping tube mode.

Testing mode of control board

After touching mute alarm key for a few seconds;performance test of board should be active,compressor,fan motor, heater and lighting will be on circuit and will be checked for 20 second(for each items).

Factory test mode

Factory testing begins after each button is touched for a few seconds and display board show FC.

At first when ambient temperature sensor will be “cut-in”(according the setting time),compressor should be ON for 10 minutes, during this time fan motor should be on if evaporators reaches -9`C and fan motor should be ON and stay on it unless the compressor is turned off.(when compressor will be OFF fan motor should be oFF).Heater is OFF during the compressors activity.

Heater should be ON for 5 minutes,after this time when heater is off refrigerator will be on dropping tube mode for 10 minutes.This process takes 30 minutes and after that system should performed according its duty. This test used just for factory test and it’s not applicable to the consumer.
